For over 30 years, Nate has served residents of the Twin Cities and the State of Minnesota while providing an educational and stress-free experience. My professional experience includes 10 years in law enforcement and I currently serve as a police officer for a department of a Minneapolis suburb. I have always had a passion for real estate and have achieved my professional goal of serving the community as both a police officer and real estate agent. I look forward to representing you with the sale or purchase of your home, while providing the same stress-free experience Nate provided my wife and I.

Homes for Heroes: Nate has been blessed to be an affiliate of the HfH program serving local Heroes’ for 11+ years.  Now being a part of The Boen Team, I am honored to be able to extend these amazing free benefits to local Heroes as well. As a police officer and a past client of Nate’s, my wife and I have personally benefited from this program from the purchase and sale of our first home and from the purchase of our current home. I encourage you to use this program and share it with anyone who may benefit from it.     

There are many heroes in our communities: military, police, fire, EMT, teachers, health care professionals and those in ministry. All these heroes receive a rebate after closing of .7% of the purchase or sale price, as well as $500 off a loan origination fee from any affiliated Hero lender.  Furthermore, there are also savings with closers and inspectors.
